1. Intellectual Property & License

All materials, including text, graphics, Google Sheets templates, PDF documents, checklists, logo design, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Smart Corper Playbook.

• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, single-user, non-exclusive license to access and use the Playbook.
• You may NOT copy, resell, redistribute, re-license, share, upload to cloud drives publicly, or commercialise any part of the product.

2. Digital Product Delivery

Purchases are delivered digitally immediately via email link and on-screen access. It is your responsibility to ensure you enter a valid, accessible email address during checkout.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or digital materials for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our servers, or interfere with website operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Smart Corper Playbook provides guidance and resources based on research and community experiences. We are not responsible for any official NYSC postings, administrative policy updates by NYSC authorities, or independent career/financial outcomes.
